7 TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY ALL THE TIME
STEPS--
1. WAKE UP 5A.M:--
One of the biggest benefits of waking up early is the ability to go to sleep early. If you wake up at 5 a.m. and you're productive throughout the day, you'll be more tired by the end of the night, making it easier to sleep. This creates a better sleep cycle. And sleep is important for your health.
2. MORNING WALK 30-45 min:--
Just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. It can also reduce your risk of developing conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and some cancers.
3. EXERCISE + YOGA + MEDITATION:-
They have been used as an alternative form of exercise to keep the mind and body healthy and happy. Practicing yoga improves balance, endurance, flexibility, and strength, while meditation helps keep the mind sharp, relieves stress and anxiety, and can strengthen your immune system.
4. DRINK WATER:-
Lubricates the joints. Forms saliva and mucus. Boosts skin health and beauty. Cushions the brain, spinal cord, and other sensitive tissues. Regulates body temperature. Flushes body waste. Helps maintain blood pressure.
5. TAKE A HEALTHY BREAKFAST:-
Breakfast decreases appetite. You will improve your memory. You can prevent type 2 diabetes. You will weigh less.
6. HEALTHY LUNCH AND DINNER:-
Eating an early dinner is good for health Weight loss. Reduces the risk of obesity. Reduces the risk of cancer. Improves mood and energy levels. Improves digestive health Better sleep. Improves heart health.
7. IN THE EVENING TIME GO FOR WALK AND DO SOME EXERCISE.
